I began my career by training and working under Larry House who founded our clinic in 1972. He has taught me the valuable lessons of hearing aid fitting by focusing on the patient first and the hearing aid second. My wife and I attended Idaho State University Audiology program where I graduated with a masters degree in 2003. I spent 8 weeks of my training focused on the assessment and treatment of the balance system. I love to travel and spend time with my wife and 2 kids.
Dr. Jacob Diller, Au.D., received his Doctorate in Audiology in May 2017 from Idaho State University. At graduation, he was honored with the Idaho State University Meridian Student of Excellence Award.in 2013, he graduated with his Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and he received the Student of the Year Award.
I first learned about audiology during a sign language course in high school. I was fascinated by all of the technology and many different available devices to help people hear.
I was born and raised in Southeastern Idaho and could not imagine leaving our great state. I enjoy rollerskating, musical theater, and riding my bike along the Greenbelt.
