On behalf of everyone at House of Hearing Audiology Clinic, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. Your hearing health continues to be our top priority.
According to Governor Brad Little, hearing services are classified as an essential business. In order to keep our patients and our staff safe, our lobby will be closed, and we are limiting the number of people in our office at one time. We are requesting that at your appointment time you call from your car and let us know you have arrived. We will make every effort to assist you from your vehicle if we can. We will be offering a drop off/pick up service for any hearing aid issues that you experience.
If you are healthy with no signs of illness, we can instruct you as to the time you can drop your hearing aid for service. We will be practicing social distancing – wearing appropriate safety apparel, and appropriate hand washing.
If you are ill, please arrange for someone outside your household to transport your hearing aid to our office.
For more information and health guidance regarding COVID-19, please visit the CDC or WHO websites.
As a small family owned business that’s been in the Treasure Valley for over 50 years, we hope that we can continue to count on your support during and after this difficult time.
During this time of new circumstances, communication is critical and you may have found yourself struggling to clearly hear and understand your family.
